Data Engineer (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Data Engineer to join its Analyst team. You will work in multicultural, globally distributed squads, turning raw data into actionable Tableau visualisations while ensuring high‑quality delivery for end users.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting needs and query data sources.
• Cleanse, transform, and shape data to create Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Present completed visualisations and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Deploy and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards, building reports based on analyst parameters.
• Maintain and optimise SQL Server stored procedures and queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Tableau administration, licensing, security and deployment.
• Strong understanding of relational data modelling concepts.
• Analytical mindset with a hands‑on approach and a track record of delivering on commitments.
• Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to implementation, support and documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
