About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Cyber Security Technical Leader to protect its digital infrastructure, data, and AI‑driven platforms. This remote position offers the chance to shape the security posture of a global technology provider while mentoring a team of security professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor security measures across systems, networks, and applications.
• Detect and respond to suspicious activity and security incidents.
• Develop and enforce security controls to prevent unauthorized access and attacks.
• Lead organization‑wide security initiatives and projects.
• Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of all data and services.
• Mentor and guide security team members on best practices and emerging threats.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven track record designing and implementing security controls.
• Experience monitoring systems, networks, and applications for threats.
• Demonstrated ability to lead security teams or initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and industry best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
