Business Development Analyst – Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Analyst to join AxisKey, the capital‑platform division of Industry FinTech. Based in Quito and working in a hybrid model, you will help real‑estate firms, private‑equity groups and emerging fund managers adopt our technology‑driven capital‑raising solution.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients and conduct structured discovery conversations to map their current capital‑raising processes.
• Identify inefficiencies and gaps, and position AxisKey as the solution to improve scalability and credibility.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities, guide prospects through the decision‑making process and hand‑off qualified leads to the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and client‑success teams to align messaging and support onboarding.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up, relationship management and continuous refinement of outreach workflows.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken) with professional communication skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, consultative sales or client‑facing roles.
• Strong ability to lead conversations, ask insightful questions and think in a structured, problem‑solving manner.
• High ownership, accountability and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
