About the role
Viva is looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a fast‑moving startup executive. The role is fully remote and serves women‑focused initiatives across Latin America, helping the executive stay organized and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and event planning.
- Streamline internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and reports.
- Conduct data analysis, prepare project updates, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
Required profile
- 2+ years experience as an Operations, Project, Recruiting or Executive Coordinator, or similar role.
- Fluent C1 English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment.

What we offer
- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total.
- Salary raises every six months.
