About the role
Viva is seeking a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a fast‑moving startup executive. This full‑time remote position serves leaders across Latin America, helping streamline operations and keep the executive’s day running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
- Improve internal workflows, conduct data analysis, generate reports, and maintain SOPs and documentation.
- Coordinate projects and facilitate internal communication across teams.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience as an Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, Project Manager, or a similar role.
- Fluent in English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and enthusiastic about AI tools.
