Backend Engineer (Go) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Backend Engineer specialized in Go to design and develop high‑concurrency microservices and infrastructure‑adjacent back‑ends. You will translate complex business logic into scalable, reliable system architecture that powers our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑performance microservices using Go.
• Build and optimise REST and gRPC APIs for inter‑service communication.
• Implement efficient concurrency patterns to handle high‑volume data processing.
• Design and manage scalable PostgreSQL schemas and queries.
• Containerise applications with Docker and collaborate on deployment using Kubernetes.
• Ensure reliability and scalability of services on cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in backend development or software engineering.
• Proven expertise in building high‑concurrency microservices with Go.
• Strong knowledge of REST and gRPC API design.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and concurrency patterns.
• Practical experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
