B2B Email Marketing Strategist

About the role

The Lifecycle Marketing B2B Strategist will design, execute, and optimise email and SMS campaigns for our B2B client portfolio. You will lead audits, strategy development, content creation, and automation set‑up, while collaborating closely with creative, content, and web teams to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive email and SMS strategy for B2B clients.
• Manage daily email channel operations: calendar, strategy, content, build, deployment, A/B testing, measurement and reporting.
• Build and maintain automated email marketing programs with full tracking and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
• Provide monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations to clients.
• Continuously test, analyse data and optimise campaigns for higher success metrics.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proven experience in B2B email and SMS marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills.
